1.1 When we refer to "Fragment Hosting" or we use pronouns like "we", "us" or "our" we are referring to Fragment Hosting, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates or parents.
1.2 When we refer to "User" or "Player", we are talking about you, and we will also use words like "you" and "your" to refer to you.
2.1 When you register for an Account we may ask you for your contact information, including items such as an email address and username.
2.2 When you use our Services, we may collect information about your engagement with and utilization of our Services. We use this data to operate the Services, maintain and improve the performance and utilization of the Services, develop new features, protect the security and safety of our Services and our Users, and provide User support. We also use this data to develop aggregate analysis and business intelligence that enable us to operate, protect, make informed decisions, and report on the performance of our business.
2.3 When you add your financial account information to your Account that information is directed to our third-party Payment Processor. Fragment Hosting does not store your financial account information on our systems. However, we have access to, and may retain, User information through our third-party payment processor.
2.4 Fragment Hosting collects any User Content submitted or uploaded through its Websites or Services.

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and spam/malware prevention.

5.1 Fragment Hosting is using an in-house analytics system that collects the data of each request made to our servers. This data may include your device IP address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and other details about your visit.
5.2 Fragment Hosting is using a logging system that will collect technical details and any other information required by us in order to improve the Services.
5.3 While this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
6.1 Fragment Hosting only uses cookies to save the User session. Those cookies are required in order to provide the User with Services.
7.1 We retain personal data we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so.
7.2 When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it or if this is not possible then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8.1 Fragment Hosting is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third-parties. The User is advised to review any third-party policy.
9.1 Fragment Hosting is committed to offer secure Services and to protect your information. While we'll always try to offer our Users the best possible experience we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or a data breach will never occur.
10.1 If you want to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information you can do so at any time by emailing us at contact@fragmenthosting.com.
10.2 You have a right to be forgotten. You can delete your account by going to https://app.fragmenthosting.com/settings and following the instructions under the "Delete Your Account" section. All Account data will be deleted within 90 days of your request.
10.3 You can, at any time, opt-out of marketing communications by going to https://app.fragmenthosting.com/settings and under the "Update Preferences" section uncheck the "I want to receive promotional emails." box and then click "Save".
10.4 You can object to the processing of your data or withdraw your data processing consent at any time by emailing us at contact@fragmenthosting.com.
10.5 You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.
10.6 The rights specified in this section apply to all Users that use the Fragment Hosting Websites and Services.
11.1 Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Websites and Services provided by Fragment Hosting. We do not knowingly collect information about children that are under the age of 13.
12.1 Fragment Hosting may revise this Privacy Policy for its Websites and Services at any time without notice. By using the Websites and Services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of this Privacy Policy. If the Privacy Policy is updated, Fragment Hosting may provide notice of such updates, such as by sending an email notification using the email address linked to your Account.
12.2 Updates will be effective on the date specified in the notice. By continuing to access or use the Websites and Services after the date specified in the notice or updated Privacy Policy, you are agreeing to accept and be bound by the updated Privacy Policy and all of the terms incorporated therein. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, then you may not continue to use the Websites and Services and your sole and exclusive remedy is to deactivate your Account.
